Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving at Buca. The dinner suffered some mishaps, but the Managers Kenny and Kazua, (forgive me for spelling), were so very kind and absolutely made everything right. Never have I seen such efforts made to reconcile service. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Buca, for making our Thanksgiving so special.
This is our second year celebrating Thanksgiving with family who are able to make it. Food, atmosphere and service is always superb. Lots of laughing and reminiscing from years past.
only thing I wasn't happy with...the restrooms were on the 2nd floor!! DEFINITELY not ADA compliant, but I guess they have been there forever at this location, and don't need to be compliant. 🤔☹🤷♀️
