Poorest Service Ever in all of the Buca Chains me and my family have been to...No Utensils... And food were already served...didn't even offer any service bread with olive oil and vinaigrette...
When people ask me. Do you know any good Italian places in Sacramento. This is the first place I tell them to go. One of the best things is almost all of it is family portion sizes.

My young daughters (10 & 11 yrs old) & I actually never had a chance to taste our entrees because just after apps... The power goes out... After 20 minutes of waiting, the waitress tells us they have no idea how long before the power comes back in... But the worst part... In my opinion... They bring a hand written receipt to bill me for the appetizer... Are you kidding me??? They couldn't comp a app for my inconvenience Never dining there again
