I liked that the lrg. servings were way more than expected , we were all able to take some home , will have a good lunch at work , I found out that Buca di Beppo ruffly translates to "Joe's basement" , can't wait to go back .

Hope our experience was not the norm, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we had a reservation, but they double booked so we had a 1.5 hour wait to be seated. The server dropped 10 cups of water off her tray on our 5 year old guest. Had to ask for water and bread numerous times before she finally brought it. They ran out of ice and cups in the kitchen so we had wait for clean cups. It was literally one thing after another, it was actually comical how bad it was. Food was good when we finally ate. The food was good, service was not so good.it took bartender three attempts to make a margarita and our waiter did not offer any of us refills on water or soda.

Had a reservation at Buca in Sacramento. We were seated right away. Our waitress was exceptional.. thank you Amber. The food was to die for. Ordered the Shrimp Parm, (new on menu)OMG fabulous. What sent my experience over the edge was the good friend I was dining with. Thanks Buca!!! We’ll be back.
First time going there and it was so delicious I ordered the chicken cabanora with shrimp so delicious and my guess was great company. Our waitress was excellent Amber will go back soon thanks.
