My friend was chastised for not covering her nose. Another patron did Not obey that rule but wasn't reprimanded. Unfair treatment!

RecommendedFood was delish. Our server John was funny, kind and polite. We had an issue with the credit card processing the next day and Justin the Manager called me back right away: He took the time to research and make sure everything was taken care of- handled everything on the spot-very professional and polite. I have never dealt with a manager of a restaurant that handled things the way he did. Thank you Justin for your kindness and prompt response ensuring we were taken care of.
I ordered in on Mother’s Day. I received the special- Mother’s day special. They forgot to add a menu item in package that I paid for. I told them, they took my information and said I would receive a gift card for the error at that time, I never received card. I recently called the Front Street location to speak to manager. I was told they were busy and would call me back, I never received a call. Very disappointed in customer service!

RecommendedThey handled my moms mini birthday so well. Especially In these hard times. They made her feel young by singing happy 21st haha! The food is always good. I am really pleased and do recommend! Travis was our server... he was attentive and very professional. We wanted a table instead of a booth and they accommodate us very well. They understood and Travis helped us. I couldn’t have asked for a better dinner for my Mom!

This store is absolutely ridiculous. They charged me for an order through the website which they did not fulfill because they chose to close before the posted time on the website. Promised a refund which I have not received, I have spoken to 4 managers that do not bother to offer any form of customer service and just brush it off as someone else’s problem. They have to be the most negligent and irresponsible food service location I have ever been to in my life. They don’t care that they basically committed credit card fraud ... read more
