I've been to Buca di Beppo in the arena district multiple times and it has been a pleasurable experience every time, and it's true they do have a friendly crew.

We went to Columbus as a late birthday trip in April. It was suggested to us that we eat at Buca di Beppo, and we were not disappointed! The staff was energetic, helpful, and even gave us a tour of the kitchen. The food was amazing, the portions were large, the wait time was relatively short, and the service was fantastic. I doubt we'll ever make a trip to Columbus without having dinner here!!!
