We were there for a birthday celebration and more people showed up then expected and the management acted as if it was a great inconvenience. We overheard comments from the servers like “where did these people come from?” We even heard one say “omg, they need to go back where they came from”. At that point it was pretty obvious that our presence was not wanted. So a lot of us left. I will never frequent this establishment again. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
I really really really wish you guys would stop forgetting the bread with my orders. Almost every single time I order online, I specify to please include bread. Sometimes I catch it before I leave and other times I don't, but it is rarely there. Today was another miss. The staff even made sure to tell me that there was bread in the bag, and I took their word for it. I take our order home... and no bread! Love the food, but the accuracy is often a problem.
Me and my husband love it here! We don’t come as often as we would like due to our very busy schedules but as soon as we get a kid free date night our first choice is always here. Great food and amazing staff. � would highly recommend!
I've never had a bad meal or bad service at this place but today definitely changed all that. They had no meatballs so we waited for them and when we got them they were burnt. The chicken marsala was way too sweet it tasted like chicken teriyaki. The waiter was scatterbrained and all over the place. Very unhappy this time around.
Service was below average. Food was good. Prices were 😳😳😳. Decorating includes LOTS of nudity which was not terrific since we had our kids with us. Won’t go back.
