Hands down, this is the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The portions are humongous, almost impossible for one to finish. I especially love their calzones.
Love coming to Buca. Food is always great and service is fantastic. Look forward to going back soon.
As a motor coach operator we at times recommend places according to their wishes. Good to know there's a place like yours that doesn't change it's standards except to better what's already AWESOME.!
I wish the food here sucked. If it did I could just stop going. Unfortunately the food is really good, its just the service that sucks. Frequent mistakes, empty glasses, and unfamiliarity with the menu is common. So the easy answer should be to just do takeout right? Nope. The kids that they usually have working the front and taking togo orders are even less familiar with the menu. Did NOT feel welcome. The staff was very bland!!! My order took over an hour to arrive and when I asked about it, I was told that they had to make sure it was well done!! Chicken that is, really??? Everyone had their meal in my party except me!!!! The waitress was very unconcerned and I felt it!!! Terrible service!!
Came here for my birthday dinner. Server was fantastic.. But the chef/cooks need to get it together. 1st we ordered a large lasagna...server came back they don't have no more large. We settled for a small and another dish Chicken Carbonara. This dish came to the table with NO chicken. Go figure? Server took back to have chicken added😨 Happy birthday to me!🎈
