The bathrooms at your locations are atrocious! They’re dingy and they seem unclean. The fixtures are worn out looking. Most of all, you have to ask for bread with your meal. I’ve spent $60 for two people to eat at Buca di Beppo, and that that price I expect to be able to be given GOOD BREAD WITH THE OPTION OF BUTTER for free! The bread that you do give is hard, dry and looks like a sandwich roll. great food and we even got a tour of the kitchen since it was our first time eating there.
