Run, don't walk away from this company. You'd be better off storing your vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot than renting from this company based on their lack of integrity, empathy and follow-up. 30 days notice to vacate is absurd and I'm still waiting for where that is indicated in the contract.
The transition has been flawless and my rent hasn’t changed since they have taken over.
Although the prices went up, the upkeep of the premises has improved.
Agree with all these 1 star post as they increased rent by 80% and have horrible customer service looking for a new place
