This place tripled the price in a short time since the new owner took over. Charge your fees without noticing you. If you move out on the first day of the month, you have to pay for the whole month. I would not recommend this place.
I have had my RV stored here since 2019 and never had an issue. Since RecNation took over it has been a headache. They continue to charge us extra for insurance even after I uploaded my personal insurance card. We can never get someone on the phone to fix the problem and the website they have never works. I will be moving out soon because of the bad service. I do not recommend.

Read your contract with this place. In the contract it states you must give them 30 days notice before you move out. Further, you have get a specific form from Rec Nation via email to complete and return before RecNation starts the 30 day count down. I sold my RV on January 21, 2026. The sign on the fence at the entrance says you must give notice by email when you move out. So I send Rec Nation an email right after I moved out saying I did not need the site after 1/21/26.
