Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service. They’ll take your money for all kinds of ridiculous reasons and charge stupid fees. I’ve never dealt with a worse business.
This place tripled the price in a short time since the new owner took over. Charge your fees without noticing you. If you move out on the first day of the month, you have to pay for the whole month. I would not recommend this place.
I have had my RV stored here since 2019 and never had an issue. Since RecNation took over it has been a headache. They continue to charge us extra for insurance even after I uploaded my personal insurance card. We can never get someone on the phone to fix the problem and the website they have never works. I will be moving out soon because of the bad service. I do not recommend.
