Some background...this place used to be called Buc a day storage and literally charged a buck a day so about $30 a month...In 2016 owner was great but security was a little lax because there hadn't been as much crime in Ruskin...about 6 months after I bought my boat with brand new 200 yamaha...some people crashed the fence and stole mine and about 5 other new motors 200 hp and up...the owner was so upset and upgraded security everywhere and we kept our boat there for a few more years until we moved...no more issues...but the... read more

Kristi was incredibly helpful over the phone getting my monthly boat parking spot set up. She made the process quick and easy—great customer service!
The facility is decent but they recently changed ownership and now want to jack up the rates. They try to justify it by saying they're competitive with other storage facilities. I started at $100 bucks a month, after the ownership changed they notified me that my rate was going to $149 bucks a month. I found another storage place for $67 and it's closer to home. Same gated security, same grass parking space, well lit at night and has security cameras too. Sometimes it pays to check around for better prices! This time it work... read more
Horrible customer service when you email questions in they’re very rude to you. Rent has gone up dramatically. I can’t be the only one because the place is emptying out renter beware
