poor customer service from one person Claudia 2 times on insurance issues that needed attention over the phone got recording i'm away from my desk leave your number will call you back never did had to drive over there and she was at her desk second time she did answer the phone but could not take care of the issue then so she said i'll call you back never did lol wow seriously ? what a joke
