They set the bar for excellence in their work and customer service; they are fair and honest (not easy to find nowadays); and, they go out of their way to take care of their customers. I wish I didn't have to crash my fender to visit them (lol), but they sent me home feeling like I had a brand new car: they even cleaned it inside and out.
