Terribly disappointed. Had an appointment for 2pm for a bath and nail grind for our dog. Groomer told us she was just finishing up with another client and would get to our dog shortly. Almost 2 hours later, for an appointment that should have only taken an hour, went back and found out they had not even started. UPDATE: Revising from 3 stars to one star. This location is no longer reliable. My dog had an appointment today and the shop is closed. No notice, no cancellation, no note on the door. Nothing. No one is answering phones or text. I received the normal appointment confirmation messages, and confirmed that I am still scheduled for the appointment in their online system. Ridiculous.
