UPDATE: Revising from 3 stars to one star. This location is no longer reliable. My dog had an appointment today and the shop is closed. No notice, no cancellation, no note on the door. Nothing. No one is answering phones or text. I received the normal appointment confirmation messages, and confirmed that I am still scheduled for the appointment in their online system. Ridiculous. Sadly updating to 1 star after the owner has ignored my customer service inquiries multiple times and I was cancelled on for the 3rd time in a row within 24hrs of the appointment. Original post: This location has taken an unfortunate turn in the last few months. Previously the services were consistent with wonderful staff. Now the staff are consistently leaving, which results in last minute cancellations on scheduled appointments. I have been to the bubbly paws location on Chicago for years. They always were wonderful. However over the last 2 months I have attempted to use the self wash stations and have been turned away. Both were well before the one hour time limit needed at the end of the day. I saw a similar review recently. Can’t say I will continue to try to go to this location.
