They were wonderful with my fur baby; Bella. She was and still so soft and smells so good. I am going to make another appointment for her next month.
Whoever came up with this idea is a genius! I took my pup here for the first time and absolutely loved it. I really appreciate that I could bring my own shampoo, and they even have options specifically for small dogs. The whole process was so easy — I got to wash and dry my pup right there, which means no more car rides home with that “wet dog” smell! My dog left smelling amazing, and the best part? I didn’t have to clean up afterward. Such a wonderful place to take your pup — I’ll definitely be back! 🐾
My dog has been numerous times and never needed a credit card to make a reservation. And all of a sudden now they need one for a grooming appointment.
Ive seen with my own 2 eyes the groomers get frustrated and hit/yell/ mistreat multiple dogs on multiple occasions. The groomers are all smiles and friendly when you pick up your pet because they want that good tip but behind closed doors its a different story. I would never leave my beloved pet alone with them. You never know if the staff is "having a bad day". Good luck dog owners... And yes I am a "ex-boyfriend" of one of the groomers.
