I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I brought my pet in for grooming and was met with a noticeably unfriendly attitude from the groomer. From the beginning, there was very little patience or understanding shown toward my pet, who was understandably nervous in an unfamiliar environment. Staff was out-right mean about submissive urination by a first-time client. Outrageously priced and subjectively increased after service out of pettiness. I won’t be back. Kristin is a decent fundamental groomer.forced to comply with boss’ harsh and spiteful instructions.

Teddy got groomed on April 15, 2025. We appreciate the photos that Kristin sends us of his progess. He loved Kristin but hate being in the bathing tub. Kristin always does such a great job on our Teddy, and he really loves her. I like that we don't have to leave our pup all day - he is usually in and out in an hour. I highly recommend Bubbly Paws.
