Cleanest self-wssh I have been to. Monthly subscription to come in for as many baths as you want is only around $30 which is great. Groomer is very kind and a good listener. Owner is also very friendly and nice. We moved and still drive down here!

Reviews about the staff being rude and lazy are true, DON'T ignore them. To be precise its the GROOMERS not the staff. There was 1 groomer i met here that was very kind but Destiny is a huge RED FLAG. (The associates are nice but they don't communicate anything with the groomers very well, they kind of seem like they are either under going training or maybe the management here sucks. First time at this groomer and last time for sure. One of our 2 pups went in for a full groom while the other got a bath/paw trim. In the notes section for the online appointment I made, I specified no anal gland expressions as one of our pups had a bad interaction with a past groomer that made him cautious of grooming salons. This wasn't conveyed to our groomer, Destiny, at all and their anal glands were expressed anyways. In general, it feels as if staff do not communicate at all with one-another, more on that below. Today Thursday July 17, 2025 I was in an area I was unfamiliar & my dog needed a bath … I googled Dog tub self service , Bubbly Paws pop up.. I was thrilled that it opens til 8pm… Very clean facilities, everything i needed to bathe my HUSKY. Easy access to enter the standup tub , neck leash to keep him from taking off & yet comfortable for my fur baby. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The groomer was completely unprofessional and lazy. Despite paying for a full grooming package—including brushing, nail trimming, and paw cleaning—she claimed she couldn’t finish any of it. Instead, she suggested we do it ourselves. Unacceptable.
