I went as a first time customer. Just moved to area looking for new groomer for my dog. Was initially calling over phone to check for prices for nail trim for small dog and was told $10 by whom I later found out was the front desk girl. When I arrived the front desk young lady wasn’t welcoming or attentive. The technician though, was very kind and attentive to my dogs name and needs. Awful. Brought 2 of my dogs in for full grooming including nail cutting and ear cleaning. I go to pick them up and nails haven’t been touched. Groomer says they weren’t long enough to cut.. ok so then call me and ask if it’s ok to grind them down even if you advise there’s an additional charge. Didn’t get a call so I requested they get grinder down as I waited and paid the additional charge. I get them home and one of my dogs ears are filthy. Hadn’t even been touched. Savanah is amazing! Beanie looks adorable
Super clean, smells amazing, and my puppy loves her groomer. They send updates throughout the process and It makes it feel like we're a team. I trust this place 100% to always give me the results I want. I have a poodle and her groomer Kaitlyn is very open to doing custom cuts and informing me about her needs as a poodle.
Amazing staff and they did the best grooming my dogs have ever received. My dogs loved it and I'll go there from now on.
