I really don't understand how she has any stars the website is horrible and when you call no one tried helping me. I have been very patient and I feel like I wasted my time. If you don't want to provide services then don't have information online. I was told when I called omg I'm on stage at an event. What? Why answer the phone how was I to know.
Terrible customer service on the phone called and emailed very rude. Never even found out if they were available really wanted them to do my son's party. Go with Ryan the balloon guy. Very nice and prompt in calling back.
