It was the worst experience. I asked for a refund and they promised to send me back my money through a gift card and it never came. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had Mary cut my hair. Was on the phone during the check in, couldn’t follow haircut instructions, careless in her movements and overall was very lazy. Ended up having my head because the hairs cut was so bad.
Been going to Rosa here for years. I’m a guy with long hair, and let me tell ya, that girl knows what she’s doing! She’s never given me a bad cut/style. I’m a performing artist so my hair is a big part of my image, but I always trust her and she makes me look great every time. I always leave the salon feeling confident and sexy lol.
