No longer a customer. Upcharges $100 for one part when the trip to retrieve said part took 20 minutes altogether. I was met with extreme backlash and aggressive defensiveness by the owner for voicing my concern as a loyal paying customer. Unprofessional and shady communication / behavior as my original questions regarding the work were not even acknowledged before sending someone over. I'm a new regular client: fast response, super customer service - fair and honest -- they spotted a code non-compliance issue with my new ADU's "undertrim" and corrected it along with identifying the source of my leak - and even though it took a couple of visits to truly get to the bottom of my problem, they kept me informed and didn't "add on" any price hike for having to go the "extra distance" for me.
