Such horrible front office - HORRIBLE - Dr Patel and Dr Jarod and very nice and caring doctors but they are going to lose a lot of business and patients because of the front office being so rude. They cant even help patients with simple requests.. the front office lady had the audacity to say “ i dont know when we will call you - we are a busy office you see” … the funny part is if the lady keeps talking like this, they no longer will be a busy office.
