I recently placed a pickup order with Bubbles of Joy in Gilbert while driving from Tucson to Phoenix for the delivery of my best friend's baby. It was so convenient to learn I could easily place a pickup order from a fellow small balloon business, and the woman who helped me over the phone was incredibly kind and made the process so easy while I was on the road. I highly recommend this place! I had the hardest time finding jumbo numbers in black and I found Bubbles of Joy and they had a plethora of balloons and numbers in all different colors. She quickly inflated my balloons with helium, I left happy and relived to have found a dependable balloon store.
