I highly recommend this place! I had the hardest time finding jumbo numbers in black and I found Bubbles of Joy and they had a plethora of balloons and numbers in all different colors. She quickly inflated my balloons with helium, I left happy and relived to have found a dependable balloon store.
5 stars on every level across-the-board. Make sure you stop at this store before anywhere else.
They don't answer their phone, immediately put on hold no matter how many times you call or what time of day. Terrible customer service.
Order and pick up experience very positive. Order looked amazing for my granddaughters birthday party. She will be delighted!
