Very disappointed. I have a membership and the service has gone down since last year. My car is never dry thoroughly, I wait outside for someone to greet me up to 15 minutes (when I am the only car), and staff have horrible customer service. They also leave my mirrors pushed in and it is very dangerous. Leave my door open outside unattended

Very disappointing experience. I visited Bubbles Car Wash when it wasn’t particularly busy, yet the wait time was extremely long. I checked on my vehicle several times and each time the doors were open, but no one was actually cleaning it. I watched several other vehicles being cleaned, albeit exterior-only, while mine continued to sit untouched.
