I use to love this place until today. I frequent it approximately three times a month. Went to pull my tip money out of the ashtray and give it to the gal that pulled my car up and it was gone. Mentioned this to her and she immediately stated, “No one here took it!” She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and my first thought was no, it was only four bucks but it is the principle so I said yes. More often than not we find "valuables" all throughout the vehicle (under the seats, mats, between the seat and console area, etc). Our employees have been trained to place ANY article of value inside the cup holders or on top of the seat so that it is clearly visible to the customer once they get inside their vehicle. We took our brand new, bright shiny red car in for a wash, not a nick or a scratch anywhere. They put a 4" gouge in the side of the car and now they are denying it was their fault. On their tape I watched the car go into the wash with no marks. Later, different camera, someone leaned over the car, stepped back, saw the damage and went for help. A little pricey w/o coupon or what they call 'happy hour'. The car wash itself is pretty good. I got what I expected. Would recommend this place just make sure to get you coupon and save $$.
I had a coupon from ZBEST coupons for Mr Bubbles car wash so I decided to try them out. I called ahead to get the exact location and drove up. I was only looking for an exterior wash because we just got home from camping and still had camping gear in the car. The representative told me about the $10.99 wash but it would be $3.00 more for a van. I said that was fine and I had a coupon. Looking at the prices I let him know I was there because of the coupon.
