I don’t typically leave reviews, but these people were extremely rude. Something was going on where my vehicle wouldn’t catch the rollers, Mind you it’s a rental car so it was more than likely my fault not knowing all of the modern controls. Nevertheless after the girl got an attitude with me, her manager came out and stuck $12 in my window telling me “he can’t have me skipping rollers” and that I had to leave. So I left, and I will never go back. What a shame being Boone‘s only locally owned car wash…
Did not clean the birdshit off my windows. My windshield wiper did a better job
I am sorry if the young woman working this past Friday evening was having a bad day. Shout out to Dakota for being an outstanding employee every time I’ve been here. Nice guy who really makes an effort, should get a raise for how nice and thoughtful he has been. I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed!!
