Best car wash in Boone. Actually locally owned and the attendants at the entrance of the wash gets the windshield and other nooks and crannies the rollers may miss. Free strong vacuums and Windex with microfiber towels available for you to finish off the windows and interior yourself. Great deal.
Went to this place once. Literally had dirty water all over my truck after going through once. Said something, they told me to go through again. Their machine ripped off my radio antenna, which was below my roof rack's level, and it iwas like 3in above my roof max. No clue how that happened, didnt notice until days later. They didnt do anything about it, tough luck i guess. Dont go here. 0/10 would not recomend
I had been here several times and was pleased with the experience. I purchased an unlimited wash pass and never received a receipt or confirmation for it. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to no avail. I hope they see this and try to earn back a customer because I do love going to Bubbles!
I don’t typically leave reviews, but these people were extremely rude. Something was going on where my vehicle wouldn’t catch the rollers, Mind you it’s a rental car so it was more than likely my fault not knowing all of the modern controls. Nevertheless after the girl got an attitude with me, her manager came out and stuck $12 in my window telling me “he can’t have me skipping rollers” and that I had to leave. So I left, and I will never go back. What a shame being Boone‘s only locally owned car wash…
