I went to bubbles to get my car washed on June 19th. I was going through and the brush arm got stuck on my windshield wiper and kept slamming down on my windshield as a result my windshield was cracked. I went and talked to one of the workers and informed him this happened. He took my information down and said they would review it. I have not heard from them after a week. Literally in here right now. The attendants were super rude. Won’t be back.
First time coming and I’m gonna give an honest review it’s something I don’t do often. The car wash it’s self is nice my car is actually clean but the wheels are dirty still (most car washed don’t get them super clean but they offer items to clean them) Payed for the $20 wash which was supposed to be everything under carriage, tire shine etc but it went through pretty quickly and don’t feel like it did all that it’s supposed to do. Love Bubbles! The employees are always timely and on top of things and have a great attitude.
Saw some people upstairs with the black lights on. I wanted that car wash they didn't want to do it. 🤡
