“ Hi Ashley, this may be weird and or out of line, but I saw you recently left two reviews at bubbles and pets and wanted to say thank you for taking a stand on them. This place and people are terrible, not a single person there should be grooming dogs. I was the manager there over two years ago and finally had to leave due to mishandling dogs and the owners being greed. All the owner care about there is money money money and that’s it. I would not recommend this place! My dog was groomed here for the first time this past Friday. I don’t really know what happened but my dog was bleeding from one of her paws and another one had a red cut line on it. They told me that two people had to hold down my 5 lb dog. Which has not happened before! If she was cut, I understand she would fight it. The manager just wants to tell me it’s irritation and won’t accept any responsibility. You don’t bleed like that from irritation!
