Went to get my dogs nails cut and they were nice when I walked through the door.... that lasted 15 seconds. They began to trim her nails and it was all fine with me calming her down and then they proceeded to want her in the back. Mind you that she is already scared because they’re pulling her away from me to do the thing she hates most. Upon taking her to the back they bear hugged her and muzzled her. Why? Not sure! Bria, I am very sorry that you feel that your dog was not treated with care. As it was apparent that she was very nervous, I attempted to trim her nails while you held her. When you could no longer control her I felt it was best that my other groomer hold her so we could finish her last foot. We were not saying you couldn't watch or comfort her, we were telling you that she probably wasn't going to eat the treats you were trying to hand her because she was so anxious. I take my 11 year old border collie here. He is a nervous dog so I was always nervous myself to take him to a groomer, but they always do such a great job with him! Thank you so much!
This place is simply GREAT! Baylee was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Now only was the cut excellent and the price reasonable. I️ would highly recommend this clean, friendly groomer to anyone. Will be coming here from now on.
First time visit & we will be regulars. We walked in the door & were greeted by a very friendly, professional receptionist. Our groomer Courtney gave me so much Information about my new puppy breed & recommendations for his cut. Since my pup is only 12 wks old she took extra time with him to get him used to this big part of his life. I can’t thank her enough! I will be telling my friends about this great local business.
