Ripped my car rack crossbar off the rails. I believe the employee overseeing the wash forgot to disengage the dryer or something. Another employee said they found it and was going to call me back. No call back and when I called back they had already “got rid of it’. Evidently company policy is to on hold items that get ripped off your car for a week. Below average clean for a contact car wash at $15 price point. $20 wash level is only wash that includes underbody wash is pretty disappointing.
Car not clean vacuums suck (or rather, don't suck)
They supposedly close at 7pm
This review is not against employees its more directed at owner of the car wash. Employees and managers can't do everything. This car wash is out of service sometimes few days in a row. Vacuums are very poor...those brushes inside sometimes work and sometimes don't work. Air guns have little or no air coming out of them that is because the main air compressor is very week. The owner never comes around especially when the car wash is down for few days but he will still charge you for those days that you cant wash. Instead com... read more
