The nail tech who did my daughter’s nails was clearly in a hurry. My daughter asked for tips, but the tech refused and insisted on doing an overlay, saying it would “look more natural.” She rushed through the service and filed so deeply into my daughter’s skin that her fingers were bleeding. I’ve given this place more than one chance because it’s close to home but I’ll never go back. We went once, walk in, while it was busy so we knew we’d have to wait. They just provided no acknowledgement and I didn’t feel super welcome, so we called another place we usually go to see if we’d have to wait and went there.
