been here for almost 20 months & have been the BEST apartments i’ve lived in. there’s absolutely NO roaches which was my biggest concern and over a year later there’s still absolutely none, so if anyone says otherwise it’s bugs they brought with them!! very quiet neighborhood, no kids just running around everywhere or disruptive loud neighbors. maintenance come out same week or sometimes same day. very spacious! management doesn’t try to just enter your home for dumb reason. they keep fire extinguishers updated. they get you... read more

Had to keep roach stuff available because it was so horrible , very dirty and buildings falling apart…. Money hungry and trash stink cats everywhere this was a nightmare …. Please dont move here …. Save yourself from this unpleasant place

I would like to thank the staff here at Maplewood Pointe. For the last year situations has been coming in within the community and each time I’ve called the office Ms. Toya and JR reached out to me in a timely manner. Not only that I’ve received a a follow up call from Ms. Toya and JR to make sure I was alright. The maintenance men Shep and I don’t know the other young fella’s name, yet after they fix something, they’ll come and knock on my door to do a follow to make sure everything is working. I appreciate all of the staff
