Used to go to another venison processor and he retired. Always got beef bologna from Breidels with even relatives when they come to town always shopped for some. Took venison there this year and was so so tasting but has the texture of braunschweiger. I like mine courser. My other half took one bite and that was all so the other 33 rings will be Christmas gifts.Nice people there but product is far from Breidels.
