It’s just a great place to eat and the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is friendly and fun. Highly recommended.
This was the absolute best fried fish I’ve ever eaten. We ate here 2/3 days of our short trip. The fish was perfectly fried, not greasy, and masterfully seasoned, letting the taste of the fresh fish shine through. The fish was flaky and crispy. The hush puppies were light, slightly sweet, amazing, and, of course, everyone was so hospitable. If you want to try Arkansas eats, give them a try; you won’t regret it!! I came to soak in the springs and stayed for Bubba's! Thanks!!
Friday night was good, Sunday night was not good Called and they said .. call door dash and passed the buck.

When folks from Mississippi and Louisiana write that Bubba’s has the best catfish they have ever eaten, I had to go try for myself. Add me to the list! It isn't just the fresh fish with the special breading, not the daily hand made tartar sauce, or the slice of red onion that is surprisingly sweet, or the perfectly cooked fries and okra.What is the “special ingredient” ?
