⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bubba’s Bones & Brews knocked it out of the park. Got the meat sampler and it did not disappoint — every cut was smoked right and packed with flavor, easily enough to share and still walk away full. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the cornbread was the perfect sweet finish to balance out all that smoky BBQ. Great vibe, solid portions, and food that’s clearly made with care. Already planning my next trip back — highly recommend if you’re in the Cathedral City area and craving real BBQ.
