I had a memorial event for my father and I can not tell you how many people raved about the food as well as the service. TOP NOTCH!!!
got the platter, sausage was great, brisket was good, ribs didn't have much flavor. coleslaw was bland Mac and cheese was just average. Corn bred was just corn bred.
I had to laugh at some of the reviews that have been left on this Gentleman’s business page here on Google. Those kinds of reviews are not representative of the foodie/restaurant reviewer I wanna be. We had Bubba's BBQ food truck for my daughter's wedding June 1st 2024. It was absolutely perfect the food was delicious nice portions, hot and ready on time and did I mention DELICIOUS! Everyone was absolutely raving about how good it was! Thank you again for the amazing service and food. You can not go wrong booking Bubba's for your next big event!
