Never been to Bubba’s 33 - Came in with the better half tonight and we had the pleasure of being waited on by Alex (iconic) She recommended specific foods to us and went into detail about their menu and which options she preferred. We had the onion rings for the appetizer, and burgers for dinner. The food was out of this world! Their Tropical mocktail was a banger, too. I’ll have to try the other mocktails next time 😋 Thanks for the awesome food and the great experience! We’re definitely coming back! 👍🏻
Ordered takeout & all 3 items we tried were excellent!! I can only imagine it fresh from the kitchen!.. I will DEFINITELY be eating here again!
Food was only warm by the time we received it. Taste was good but better when hot. Music was loud and it’s difficult to enjoy talking to others at your table. Service was slow and I believe our waitress could benefit from more training. On a busy night I hate to see how slow service would be and how cold our food might be. Will try it again but improvements have to take place. If Texas Roadhouse ran like this place they would not be nearly as popular as they are. Service has to be the #1 priority! Always a great experience at Bubba's 33. The food is consistently excellent every time. You know exactly what you're getting, and it always hits the mark. The service staff is awesome, super friendly, and a few of them even remember me from past visits, which is a really nice touch. Those little details make you feel like more than just another customer. Highly recommend.
