Had a slight mis-hap on our oder. The manager Candice took care of it & was AMAZING @ making it right. We will definitely return due to Candice being so understanding with our frustration. When all said & done everyone was nice & full. Great management

I originally had a less-than-great experience at Bubba’s 33, but I want to update my review after their quick and genuine follow-up. Marco, the Managing Partner, personally reached out to me, left a voicemail, and sent an email offering to make things right. He was professional and showed that they really care about their customers. They also provided a certificate as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate. I ordered Take Out and honestly worst restaurant I've been to in a while. The only decent thing was the Chicken Bacon Avocado sandwich. The bacon was slimy but the size of the chicken patty was crazy, honestly made it difficult to eat. Now the Shotgun Po Boy was the worst thing I've had in a long time. The shrimp was hard, had like 5 DROPS of sauce on it, nothing like in the picture they promoted. Bread was stale. There was 20% shrimp and 80% bread.
