First time there. Jacob was our server and he was on it. We never looked around waiting or looking for anything like at many other places. Kept our cups filled and the beer coming. He was very attentive. Gave great food recommendations. Not once was he pushy or slacked. I’ll be requesting him when we return.
Went for lunch today after church. We were seated right away and the waitress came over to take our drink order pretty quickly. Unfortunately that’s about the only good things we experienced at the restaurant. After placing our order it took a really long time to get our food. The waitress brought out my wife’s food first. Hard to decide where to start. There was no wait, we got a seat right away so that was nice. The waitress was polite. We ordered two classic cheeseburgers, one with "Fire Fries" and one with a side salad that was a $1.99 upgrade by the way. We asked to add bacon and I specifically said "BURNT and crispy". I ordered online for curbside pick up, said it will be ready by 8pm… it was 8:20 and I had to call in to remind the staff I was waiting parked 20 minutes after my “ready” time wich was 30 minutes more. In total 50 minutes and when they finally brought my order it was all cold and sweaty. After getting down and showing them how cold my food was they acted like they were making me a favor remaking my food even after they forgot about my order to start with.
