Got the steak and shrimp burrito. Shrimp was very small but over cooked or too frozen. Steak was cooked previously and recooked that had a leather texture. Rice and beans undercooked. Too top it off the burrito at best was 6 inches. Very unsatisfied with the meal. Service was great but too many cut corners on the meal.

Ordered from the app for a business lunch for 12 people, for pick up (I thought the delivery charge of $25 was steep for just 3 miles away). The lunch was packed up and ready for pick up on time! Immediate assistance in getting it loaded into my car! Staff was prompt and courteous! I didn’t eat with the staff, but was told everything was delicious!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Neptune City. The staff had great energy, even near closing time. They never made us feel rushed or like they were just trying to shut everything down for the night. They took their time making the food, paid attention to the details, and loaded up the bowl with generous portions. Friendly service, great attitudes, and delicious food. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back!

Got a large salsa and chips - bag of chips provided is like 10% filled. $4.99 for 10 chips is ridiculous, meanwhile they give a huge cup of salsa so I have a giant cup of salsa for a handful of chips.

I come to this bubbakoos often enough, since its most local to me, but I’m likely not going to be back here. From how cheap they are with the food, you’d think they're giving it out for free. So the food continues to get more expensive and the portions here get smaller and smaller. And the looks they give you when you ask for more… and still barely add anything when a bowl is $20+ Bubbakoos used to be great. Not so much anymore.
