This is easily the worst Bubakoos. My wife and I recently relocated from south jersey and were excited to have Bubakoos in the area since we’ve been going to several other Bubakoos for years now. But we’ve tried this one a few times and have been disappointed pretty much every time. Missing food, wrong food, rude staff, and just disappointing. Food tastes delicious and fresh
I didnt get the guys name who was there today however he had amazing customer service and was super friendly and accommodating! Food was wonderful, fresh and filling
I was excited to try this establishment for lunch. I love Mexican food and have never tried this food chain. When I entered the store there were several people waiting for their orders. As I reviewed the menu, I seen that some customers were getting upset because of the wait. I was in line for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Due to being on a time schedule, I had to leave.
