Everytime I order here the preordered food I have ordered since 11am is not ready by the 12pm time I put it for. Management is rude whenever I bring this up
There were two older adult workers belittle the younger ones. Basically called him useless. The woman Nicole has an attitude and Keith or Kevin (began with a K) was the one talking down to the younger worker. Pretty annoying experience especially since we have teens. Hopefully they were just having a bad day but we won't be back to find out.
I’ve had great experiences at this Bubbakoos. The staff is friendly and patient with me as I read my order off the menu (because there’s so many toppings that I’m bound to forget some). What I’m especially appreciative about is their willingness to give me an extra take-out container so I can separate my very large portion to share with a friend. They’re also very generous with the portions; the prices are extremely fair and I get a lot of food!!! It’s also the healthiest option as far as quick take out food.
**Udpate** 10/18/25 Every order since has had a very fair amount of sauce. Perfect!! Our delivery order did not have any of the sauce that I picked on them. Otherwise the food was good.
