Spent $125 in there n only gave one bag of chips when ordered 2 n then when called back about missing from order stated we only charged one but I just spent a exponential amount for food I can’t or won’t as a customer service give a bag of chips this is in unacceptable n very unprofessional
The price is not the best, 20 dollars for nothing and everything falls apart because the tortilla is very small, the products are not fresh.
No complaints about this location ... the food and service were excellent. My only Service issues are that: (1) I have four $25 gift cards that I cannot add to my Bubbakoo's account. (2) I can add to my balance under Manage Your Balance, but the app makes it too easy to continually reloading - there is no "Confirm --> OK" request, so when I tried to add the cards I ended up adding $84 to the balance that was charged to my credit card. YOU SHOULD FIX THIS!
Excellent customer service, the food is always fresh and delicious.
Had the Papi Hibachi burrito for $16.69 and it was just okay, and once I got like halfway into it I was just over it (wasn’t hibachi at all, just heating up pre-made shrimp and pre-made steak on the grill). Got a side of chips and 4oz queso for $5.69, and the chips were extremely stale and old. Queso was decent. But not worth almost $6. Overall definitely not worth the price.
