My previous experience was in person but not what I expected. Bubbakoos customer support helped me out a lot and heard my concern. My most recent experience was way better. However I had my food delivered, yet my order was not wrong and food always is good quality so I'm satisfied.
Customer service I just received was horrible. No managers to assist with issues. All young kids running it and gives an attitude because I want to order three items that aren’t difficult at all! At check out the cashier threw the forks in there and I had been nothing but nice to him. It wasn’t like I was an unruly customer.
I don’t know if the three workers were having a bad day or maybe it was busy but when I experience today was offputting to where I don’t think I’ll be going to that West Orange location anymore. I ordered through the app and did pick up. I tried to add the free entrée for a chicken empanada and it didn’t go through even though I had an entrée. when I went into the store, I went to the pick up area and I stood there for at least 3 to 5 minutes until I was acknowledged, not greeted, but acknowledged by one of the workers. she ... read more
Reasonable and tasty.... Yummy 😋
My first time here and my last. The food was cold. I got the bowl with steak. I literally had 5 pieces of chewy steak ( which looked like dog treats) and the bowl was over filled with rice. Horrible. Chips and queso was ok.
