My regular maintenance man could not clear a pesky drain problem. He was familiar with BW&T and suggested I use them. I called, they came out that day and rodded the line. Problem solved

I had a small, four-inch round drain at the bottom of my basement stairway that would sometimes get blocked by falling leaves. Bubba, Wayne and Tim replaced it with a wide trench drain to give me more surface area before debris could block it. This work also involved breaking apart the old concrete and pouring new concrete. Tim provided the initial quote and answered my questions. The installation crew was extremely hard working and efficient. The lead crew member answered all my questions during the installation and was very good to work with.
