Tim provided the initial quote and answered my questions. The installation crew was extremely hard working and efficient. The lead crew member answered all my questions during the installation and was very good to work with.
I have been using Bubba Wayne & Tim Sewer services for 30 years. They are always reliable, on time and do the work for far less than some others companies who see an opportunity gouge and pad the bill. Bubba Wayne's services men are friendly, take the their time to explain to me what they think or find Not to long ago they told me my sewer line had collapsed at the curb line along the street and reported it to the city for me. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
Honesty and integrity are sadly becoming a thing of the past. Bubba, Wayne and Tim are clearly an exception. We had to cancel a sewer repair as a result of a breached lead water line. Not only did they refund the deposit immediately but Janice, the office manager also took the time to steer us through the bureaucratic mess the City of Chicago has become. I would not hesitate to highly recommend their services to anyone needing sewer repair or replacement. Janice is a real asset to the firm.
Routed my sewer with camera and explained what was happening in the video. Very helpful. Also working with me to solve a yard water management problem ( with a reasonable price)
