Bubba's Bar-B-Que Restaurant is fun and yummy! Bubba's is your typical BBQ setting (picnic tables and screen doors) but the food is way above ordinary. Their pulled pork is the best I've ever had, and their ribs and coices of sauces are amazing. Worth the trip!
Ribs to die for! We lived outside of Jackson for 27 months and never got to Bubba's. Then, we went back on vacation and MADE the time. Worth the wait. I dream about those ribs. It's hugely crowded during the summer when most tourists convene, but go in the off-season and there's little if any wait. The ribs are stellar. My only warning is to stay away from the Cole slaw - not so good. But hey, it's a rib joint!
Good BBQ It's a cool BBQ joint. This is the way it ought to be done. Good, messy food served on picnic tables. I recently spent a week up in Jackson and was craving good BBQ. I've been a little skeptical in the past trying certain styles of food in tourist towns. Generally it's over priced and it's hit or miss on quality. Well, not the case here.
The Best Ribs We love this place. Every year when we go to Jackson, this is our first stop. The ribs are great. It gets a little messy, but then what do you expect from a good 'ole rib joint. The setting is perfect. They have some booths, but most of the seating is at picnic tables. This is a great family dining place.
