Miguel took great care of my mom during her car purchase. He walked her through the process, answered her millions of questions, and had great patience with her. If you have an elderly parent needing help with car buying, I would trust him 100%! I also rented a car for work trips through him and he made it seamless and easy for me.
All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. My salesman, Jared Trahan did everything he could to get me in the vehicle of my choice at a price that was within my budget. I was very satisfied with my experience at Bubba Oustalet Chevrolet and Cadillac.

Excellent experience!!! We were purchasing from out of state and the staff really went above and beyond. They were clear, fair and totally up front with the entire purchase process. Would highly recommend working with Gabby, she is super great to talk to and made the the entire process really fun and relaxing!
Horrible service. So incredibly frustrating. Take FOREVER to fix vehicles. Don’t give them a deadline because they WILL NOT meet it. Absolutely unreliable. What a disappointment.
