Highly disappointed with Bubba Gump today. This used to be a favorite stop of mine any time I was downtown but today, my boyfriend and I paid $60 just to leave unsatisfied. They have removed items from the menu, but don't tell you that until you've already ordered, my boyfriends brother found a hair baked into one of his hush puppies (normally wouldn't be bad if it was just on the plate or something. Waitress overworked and didn’t bring drinks. My boil and eat shrimp was supposed to be deveined and 3/4 attempted but not done. Good otherwise. Hush puppies were not traditional hush puppies. Caesar Salad was ok but had soggy croutons
Food was ok.....not amazing but not bad either. worth the stop though
Good food ,nice atmosphere ,good service
My food was good but the wait time was 40 minutes. Then when we were seated it took an hour to get food. On top of that the table that we were at was leaning down hill and rocky. I was totally disgusted.
