Had a great time because of our wonderful waitress Tiffany.
We waited downstairs for over an hour to get our name called for seating to only go upstairs to wait in another line before being sat. The LSC program is unfair to patrons who have been waiting patiently for over an hour. I can understand having your wait time cut in half but automatically being pushed to the front in absurd. Then our fries were less than warm. I gave 5 stars because they did a great job with singing happy birthday to my grandmother.
Delicious food. Great drinks. Our waitress/aspiring actress Amanda was adorable, funny, and attentive. Wonderful view of Times Square too!

From England starters were excellent 1 meal was over cooked portion size wasn't very big on any main meals staff were spot on as was service but for 2 adults and 2 kids it was just shy of €160 to which it was not worth that type of money making this place very over priced for what you get
Im not a huge fan of shrimp, but my family loved the food. The service there is always great! Super friendly and efficient staff. My son ordered applesauce but his dinner came with french fries, the waitress was so quick to grab him an applesauce to make up for it! Would definitely go again for the atmosphere.

The food was delicious! This was my 1st time eating there even thou this is my 2nd time in New York.
