We went to Bubba Gump on Sunday our last day of or holiday.. Never been to a worse place in my life !! Service well there was NO service at all after being shown to our seat then being asked questions on the Forest Gump film .. We then got 2 of our drinks we ordered and after 15 minutes we asked for the other 2 drinks . We then had a shared starter when finished another waiter served 2 main dinners without clearing the starter then having to wait another 15 minutes to be served the other 2 meals . I had never been to Bubba Gump's before. We didn't have long to wait considering that we were a party of over 15, and this was Saturday evening! The staff was friendly & fun, with their trivia questions on the movie "Forest Gump". Our waiter was quick and the food was great. So was my drink! Even the music was enjoyed by my party!. I would recommend this place and I would go there again.
I was with a party of 16...we had a great time. We were able to sit together as well. The service was organized and the staff attentive and friendly. The food was good! The prices weren't bad considering it was in Times Square. The special beers were over priced..Blue Moon...14.95..crazy..i would go back and recommend it to friends.
To say the least our server Shawn was horrible, his customer service was terrible and he was talking about me to his coworkers not Good! Food was ok, my grilled shrimp has a piece of the grilling stick still embedded in the shrimp! Not happy at all hopefully next tine if there is one it will be better!!
