It was our 2nd time to Bubba Gump, first time was in Cancun and we had a blast, food and drinks..everything was excellent!! This time in Time Square we didn't like it. Service at first was excellent until we turned down the member card (to buy for 25usd), after that the waitress seemed to not care that much. We received our food and it was cold, when the waitress asked if everything was ok, she didn't wait for my boyfriend answer the first time..and the second time she asked, again same thing, she left as soon as she asked. ... read more

RecommendedWe had a great experience. Our waiter was awesome and the food was really good. The wait time was about 30 minutes which was not bad because they were really busy. We will definitely be back.

This was my fourth time at Bubba Gumps in Times Square. The first three times were almost six years ago and the food was outstanding, which is why I kept going back! But sadly something has happened since. The garlic bread was missing the main ingredient and the fries arrived almost cold! Dessert was pretty good but someone decided to take key lime pie off the menu and that was what we were hanging out for! Big error of judgement that one!
