The food tastes good, but portions versus price would be my biggest complaint. I'm glad I liked the fries, because that's what's used to fill the plate instead of the good shrimp and fish. Lol I loved the atmosphere and the service. Fix the portions or price, and it's a 5 star for me!
The shrimp and gumbo were fantastic and hubby loved the fish.

Went here yesterday for lunch when we first got there no one would take our order or wait on us so we filled the sign to stop forst stop and a young girl named aille stop and asked how she could help so we told her we would like to order and if she could just let out waiter know we was here after getting g out drinks she said she would wait on us and she did one amazing job she played bubba Gump game with our little girl and even gave them some balloons thanks for the great service :)

Came to Bubba Gump in Gatlinburg to celebrate my birthday with family. I had a great time. Drinks and food were amazing. Had the sample trio for dessert which was also delicious. Kids had a lot of fun as well. Service was great amd everything was as we ordered. I will definitely be back!
Food is incredible, and their Emerald Isle drink is awesome. Pricing was a little much, for what you ordered, but overall, great experience!
