I would just like to say that it was my family’s first time at bubba gump and IT WAS AMAZING!!! from the food, to the vibe, and especially the service. special thank you to jody! he was great and he definitely made the experience even better :)
The food and the top shelves patron margaritas were to die for! The guys at the bar were super friendly!
Manager of Bubba Gump on the Riverwalk saved the day for us when we had waited at a table for 15 minutes with no one even taking our drink order at Joe’s Crab Shack. He got us to a table quickly with fabulous service and great food. Next time we are in SA we will be back!!!
Our waiter Jamie was wonderful and friendly, service was great. Food was way to salty, I couldn’t figure out if it was the sauce or the greens. I didn’t send it back because I always feel like it’s rude and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. I asked the waiter for extra lemon to squeeze over it. It helped somewhat. I would still recommend this restaurant. I have eaten at the one in San Francisco and Las Vegas, food and service is always great.
